Recipe: Chickpea Lettuce Wraps
Serves: 6 wraps Ingredients: 1 can chickpeas, drained + rinsed
1 can organic black beans, drained + rinsed
1 medium avocado
1 cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Juice of half a lime
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 head Boston Bibb lettuce or romaine lettuce
