This Comprehensive Assessment to discuss your current health obstacles, review your current supplements, prescriptions, Health Appraisal, potential lab needs and recommended care plan. A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The fee of the consultation is credited to your care plan if you choose to accept the care plan. If not, the balance of $100 is due.
